As of 07.01.2024, we exported 118.672,- tons of hazelnut. In the 2022/2023 season, the same time export was 132.791,- tons, and in the 2021/2022 season, the same time export was 164.344. tons, as can be seen in the graphic.
On 15.08.2023, crop 2023 prices for 11-13mm natural hazelnut kernels started at the level of 6.000 USD/tons (5.460 Euro/tons). Today, 11-13mm natural hazelnut kernel prices for DDU Europe delivery are 8.160 USD/Ton (7.460 Euro/ton) levels. The 10% price increase in the first week of the new year surprised everyone from producers to consumers, and it seems that it will continue to surprise.
