Turkish Grain Board (TMO) announced that they will sell more 20.000 tons of hazelnuts (17.500 kgs Giresun quality and 2.500 kgs Levant quality) in May.
After TMO evaluated the developments of domestic & foreign markets, they determined the price as TL 24/KG. They will collect demands between 30.04 – 05.05. Their price will be valid until May 31, 2020.
We expect for the next days, prices will stay almost the same levels with our daily prices. If there is any changing on USD/TL parity, this will be reflected the prices. Until we get first impressions about new crop counting that will be done at the end of May, the market will stay at the same levels. According to new crop expectations, the market will shape again.
